The Shop

I work with a third-party fulfillment company to process every order from my shop. Since I don't handle any of the fulfillment and shipping myself, there are a few things to take into account when ordering from me.

How long does fulfillment take?

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your order. The fulfillment time is calculated in business days. It takes 2-5 business days for non-apparel products to be fulfilled.

Fulfillment time does not include the shipping time. Combine them to get an idea of how long it takes an order to arrive.

How are your products packaged for shipment?

• Poster prints are shipped in triangular kraft boxes to ensure safe delivery and avoid the use of plastic caps.
• Canvases come in cardboard boxes ranging in dimensions of 12 × 18 × 2 to 28 × 38 × 6 in.
• Stickers are shipped in small envelopes.

I ordered stickers and print posters in one order, but received half the order. Where's the other half of my order?

If you order both prints and stickers at once, they tend to ship separately. On your order confirmation email, you will likely receive either two separate emails or one email with two different tracking numbers. Please note the details in the emails to stay updated on your order.

I ordered an original piece, how long will it take for it to ship?

I package and fulfill all original pieces myself, so it may take from 1-2 months for me to fulfill it, as I like to ensure that it's packaged appropriately and shipped with no issue as it's a special and expensive item. This is for preventing any damage to the item.

The product is showing that it's "Sold Out". Will they be restocked?

All stickers and poster prints are limited production, meaning that they won't get reprinted once they're sold out. Under special circumstances where a product is in high demand will it get another production run. Original traditional works are never reproduced, so they are gone for good.

If an original illustration has been sold, it's typically gone for good, unless there's a situation where a customer canceled the order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yup! Except countries with legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

I purchased digital goods from you and I forgot to download the content. What can I do?

You can contact me be emailing me by clicking on the envelope icon above, with your order number in the subject field, and I will renew the download link for you!

Crimson

Crimson as you know it to be is no longer available. It's way too much work and effort to keep up with as a solo, independent artist. I will be making physical merch related to the brand instead, such as art books, calendars, apparel, and much more.
